Guarantee

Unless stated otherwise, we provide a standard 1-year warranty on parts and equipment in our webshop.

Manufacturers often provide a longer manufacturer's warranty, which can be found in the supplied manual or in the description on this site.

The customer must be able to provide the original proof of purchase and payment.

Data cables and keyboards for MacBook have a 3-month limited warranty.
We do not take back damaged cables caused by user damage.

Excluded from warranty is:

Damage caused by intent or negligence;
Improper use or negligent maintenance;
Normal wear and tear and/or damage due to failure to observe the instructions for use or failure to observe them correctly.
